Booklets
Booklets require a minimum of 8 pages with a maximum of approximately 48 pages (depending on the thickness of the paper and cover stock.) All pages of the booklet are gathered together, folded, and stitched (stapled) twice along the spine. For the saddle stitch option to work, the page count of the booklet needs to be in multiples of 4. In some instances, you may be required to add blank pages in order to meet the criteria of the 4-page multiple rule. You’ll want to make sure that your file is setup so the odd page numbers are on the right-hand side and the even pages are on the left-hand side. We ask that your file be sent to us as a single page layout, our software will automatically impose the pages for the proper booklet layout.

Paper Options

Brochures are the perfect format for sharing detailed information about your business or a specific product or service. They are normally printed in Full Color on both sides and are always folded. With a wide array of paper choices, including cover, text, uncoated, silk, and gloss are available.
Common Sizes and Folding Options
Most common Brochure sizes are: 8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14, 11 x 17, 11 x 25.5
Most common folds are: Tri-Folds, Z-Folds, Half-Folds. Tri-Folds and Z-Folds provide 6 panels to display your information, while Half-Folds give you 4 panels.

Perfect Bound Catalogs
A Perfect Bound catalog requires a minimum of 52 pages or more (depending on the thickness of the text paper.) In this option, the sheets of the book are gathered together, glue is applied along the binding edge of the text pages and the cover of the catalog is placed over and wrapped around. You’ll want to make sure that your file is setup so the odd page numbers are on the right-hand side and the even pages are on the left-hand side.

Door Hangers
Door Hangers are used to spread a consistent message or campaign through a desired area. They are commonly used for restaurant delivery menus, advertising services and products, or political campaigns. It’s hard for people to miss a hanger on the door when they come home, so this is a high-visibility marketing solution. Door Hangers often include discounts, coupons, or special offers.
Paper Options
The most common size is 4.25″ x 11″ printed on a sturdy Cover stock with a circle cut out with an accompanying slit which allows them to hang on a doorknob or mail. Door Hangers are almost always printed in full color on both sides.

Envelopes

Paper Options
The most common order options are #10 Envelopes (9.5″ x 4.125″) on 24# white paper. We can print just about any type of envelope to meet your branding needs. We offer 1 & 2 color Pantone Spot Color printing, CMYK Full Color, Offset Press printing for large quantities, and Digital Printing for quick turn-around or smaller quantities. Sizes can vary from small invitation envelopes, up to large catalog or booklet size envelopes.

Greeting Cards

Usually, they are printed in Full Color and have images on the outside panel with a personalized message on the inside panel. They are scored and are normally delivered flat. Folding is an option if preferred.

Labels
Labels are printed on the front side of adhesive-backed stock. Please note that this product is not recommended for outdoor applications, as they are not printed on weatherproof material. Labels are an easy way to add a unique design to help establish your brand and clearly state what a product is. Labels are also a helpful tool to tell your customers what a product is, how to use it, or why they need it.

Common label sizes are: 4.25 x 3.5, 5.5 x 4.25, 5.5 x 85, 6 x 9. The self-adhesive permanent crack n’ peel stock is uncoated and easy to write on, perfect for identification labels and carton/shipping labels. Labels can be created as 1 & 2 color Pantone Spot Color printing, CMYK full color, Offset Press printing for large quantities, and Digital Printing for quick turn-around or smaller quantities.
We also offer Outdoor Roll Labels, which are printed in Full Color on synthetic water resistant stock and mounted on a roll of carrier material with easy release. They are available in circle, oval, square and rectangle in a wide array of sizes, perfect for outdoor usage.

Letterhead

Pocket Folders
Pocket Folders are a tool designed to package and organize several other pieces of printing. In addition to the standard folder design, Pocket Folders can have either 1 or 2 pockets on the inside to hold your materials. They also offer convenient pocket slit options to make it easy to include business cards. They can be printed as 1 sided (outside front/back covers and pockets) or 2 sided (inside printing) and are normal printed in Full Color.

Coating Options
Aqueous Coating
This is a semi-gloss coating that is applied over the entire surface of the pocket folder adding an additional level of gloss and protection.
Satin Aqueous Coating
This is a matte coating that is applied over the entire surface of the pocket folder reducing the gloss of the printing and stock. This option can be written on with a ballpoint pen.
UV Coating
This is a high-gloss coating applied over the entire surface of the pocket folder to create a photo-gloss effect. This option cannot be written on with a ballpoint pen.
Spot UV Coating
This is a high-gloss coating applied to specific spots/areas of your choosing. The pocket folder has a matte coating that is applied over the entire surface to create a dull/flat look. Then the photo-gloss coating is applied to certain areas of the design to help draw attention when light shines on that area. This is an upgraded option which requires proper file setup and extended production time.
